Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your item(s), unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Baby Waves shoes are eligible for exchange only. Shoes can be exchanged for a different color/size within 14 days of receipt however are not eligible to be returned for a refund. The original order must be shipped back to our returns department located in Canada. Once received in its original condition, the replacement item will be shipped out.

Products eligible for refunds include non-sale and non-shoe items only. Shoes are not eligible for refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellations are accepted within 60 minutes after an order is placed. If you want to cancel your order there will be a 5% restocking fee.
If you received a defective item please contact us within 14 days and we will replace it, free of charge.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Lost or Stolen Packages Marked as Delivered
Our free worldwide shipping option offers insurance for packages in transit (i.e. if they are lost in transit) however does not cover lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered. If your tracking number indicates your package was delivered however hasn't been received, we recommend contacting your local postal carrier to see if they can provide you with any additional information regarding your item(s) whereabouts.
